TINY GULP

7-Eleven wanted an April Fool’s Day campaign that would increase their engagement and following on social and would stand out from the annual brand showcase of jokes.

We know society is undeniably obsessed with all things miniature, and particularly on social. So, we decided the Big Gulp family should get a little bigger. On March 31, we took this announcement to Twitter. And on April 1, we revealed Tiny Gulp. With just over 0.7 ounces of your favorite drink, it’s the perfect little sip. 

Through a series of tweets and videos showing off our newest member of the Big Gulp family, we fooled our fans all day long. We received heartwarming, positive sentiment and generated considerable buzz, which was reflected in our 1.78MM Impressions, 70K Interactions, and welcomed 3.3K new followers.
